msi 970 automatic repair loop

Cannot get past the splash screen of my motherboard(won't post). It says "Repairing your PC" or something like that and then "Diagnosing PC" and doesn't continue past that step. I have checked all of my RAM slots, unplugged all ports except for my keyboard(tried in different slots). I have reset the bios. It will not allow me to boot in safe mode, nothing happens when I press f8 or shift f8(holding it doesnt help). I t is booting off of my harddrive in BIOS, I do not have a recovery drive. Please help.

Do you have the OS disc? If you have you can try "Startup Repair win7 or win8.1". Like for the win7 http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html
