Lately my computer has been acting weird... I did a few test to see if I had failing hardware.
I believe it could be my GPU, Motherboard, or PSU

My rig is:
AMD FX- 6350
8GB 1333mhz ram
MSI 970 Gaming
1TB HDD
EVGA GTX 750 Ti Superclock edition.

Random times when ever i turn my computer on i have to reset my BIOS many times before i can get my computer up and going normally.

I play league of legends, but when i 1st built my computer i would stay at 60 FPS +. Now months later its 45FPS and below. I've tried my old graphics card a HD 6670 to see if its a failing GPU and the numbers on FPS is about the same.

Now get this... I did a fresh clean windows 8.1 64-bit reinstall. Meaning i put in the drivers everything! And i get the same issue. Today i downloaded CPU-z and HWMonitor to look at the voltage and it didnt match up with AMD overdrive at all.

CPU Core is at .904 V
VIN2: 2.992
VIN3: 1.411
+5: 5.802
+12: 13.200
VIN6: 2.384
VSB3V: 3.344V
VBAT: 3.312

My computer is watercooled however. HWM Reads
TMPIN0(17C) 62F
TMPIN1(44C) 111F
TMPIN2(31C) 87F
on AMD Overdrive it reads only the Processor temp. Its at 58C

Could this be a Faulty PSU/Motherboard/GPU? What could it be. My computer also Hangs/Freeze on heavy loads. It will also makes studdering noises on Youtube videos.

If your voltage reading were right it is very likely that the board got damaged. To run SLI with those cards you will need a quality 700-750...

If PSU and Motherboard is fault, what type of PSU do you recommend? I am planning to run x2 SLI MSI GTX 970 and a AMD FX-8370 Also with CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 16GB 1866mhz RAM. Or would you recommend me having a intel build. I am honestly planning to switch over to INTEL. Due to the fact I've always had problems with AMD processors/motherboards.

If your voltage reading were right it is very likely that the board got damaged. To run SLI with those cards you will need a quality 700-750 watts and I would recommend the EVGA G2 750watt PSU. RMA on the board anyway but there is no question Intel I5 or I7 will give you more performance.
