MSI 970 Gaming With an i7 4790k and EVGA ACX 2.0 GTX 1060 6GB

Hello. I'm thinking of upgrading my PC soon. I've been doing a lot of research, and I found the CPU I want to get. But, before investing, I want to know one thing: will it work with my current motherboard, MSI 970 Gaming?

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4GHz
GPU: EVGA ACX 2.0 GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
PSU: I forgot the name, but it's 750W
RAM: 32GB
Space: Barracuda 1,000GB

No it won't.
Amd socketed motherbds only work with certain AMD CPU's that fit their socket.
Same goes for Intel Socketed motherbds.
