With the lite in OC mode the core is only about 70Mhz off from the regular, and the memory is pretty much the same, so in OC mode there should barely be a difference in performance between the two, in silent mode the Lite is in reference 970 freq and even from silent the difference in speed from OC mode is about 30Mhz give or take a few.
