Msi 970a g43 any good?

I was wondering if the msi 970a-g43 is a good motherboard for gaming... My current motherboard is a micro atx asus m5a78l-m/usb3 and im just looking to upgrade. But im looking for motherboard that is around $100. My build is
Cpu:fx8320 cooled by hyper 212 evo
Gpu: EVGA Nvidia GTX670 2gb
Ram: 16gb 4x4gb crucial ballistix 1600mhz.

Other than having a more modern chipset and the header for front panel USB, there's not much reason to upgrade, is there? Neither board is designed for OC'ing if that was your plans.

Im no longer planning on getting that motherboard i think im gonna get a gigabyte 990fx mobo.. I do plan on overclocking it.
