Hey so im a bit worried about this mobo and combatibility issues because ive read this sort of thing around the net that it doesnt really appreciate CPUs being overclocking because of some VRAM problem heating stuff or whatever.. so the situation is:

I bought a brand new
MSI g70a-g43 mobo
Asus GTX 750 1gb GDDR5 OC edition
8GB of 1600MHz Kingston RAM
and i have a 600W power supply

so my fear of it all is, i get it that the mobo doesnt like CPUs being overclocked, but is it the same for the GPU too? Can it handle that OC version of that GPU?

PS: Ive never intended to OC anything, i dont like it because it shortens the lifespan of the components.. so i also never intend to do that sort of stuff...

Solution
It s safe to use the GPU with this motherboard cus its factory overclock is safe and wont damage anything . Just it has a better cooler than the reference NVidia card and this allows higher clocks . It s also safe to use FX 6300 on this motherboard as long as its cooled well . Long story short , you re fine !
It really would depend on how high you are wanting to take it and what CPU you have, as you left that part out - if you are OCing you definitely will want to actively cool the VRM area and make sure it is getting decent airflow over the heatsinks

Im sorry i havent mentioned it earlier, i have never OCed anything, i dont even know how to or what to lol, im just curious because i bought this Asus GTX 750 OC version and im afraid that it is pre-OCed (if there is such a thing as a pre-OCed GPU) and the mobo will not be able to handle it... but from what ive read so far i can be safe if im not OCing anything, and i definitely dont want to OC anything, btw my CPU is the FX-6300 (obviously not OCed :))

overall what im asking is,

is it safe to use that GPU with this mobo if i dont overclock my CPU?
is my GPU pre-OCed (if such a thing exists? i thought OCing is all about setting up the BIOS for voltage management, so that must be done inside the motherboard i think..)?

is it safe to use that CPU not overclocked with this mobo?
is the mobo able to handle components at stock conditions (by that i mean it is not OCed or edited in any additional way like built-in 3 more fans or other programming editing, only the stock version(s))?

Currently i have the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, is that ok?

One of the best aftermarket coolers .

Thank you very much for your early and accurate response i was so afraid that i wasted my money on something that will eventually get wrecked just as i use it!! Now i feel like a huge rock has fallen off of my heart! Thank you!!
