Hey everyone. Today is a sad day

I got my GTX 980 Ti today. safe to say I was SO excited, I'm upgrading from a 2GB GTX 760 so as you can tell, the gains in performance should be huge. However, this is not the case

I did a DDU uninstall of all my 760 drivers before hand and then I installed my 980 Ti. I played some of my most demanding games and was quite worried that I couldn't hit 60fps in the majority of my games.... Here our my tests

WATCH DOGS // 1920 x 1080 // Ultra settings, 2x MSAA // Avarge FPS of 50 with drops as low as 25 in gun battles

HITMAN ABSOLUTION // 1920 x 1080 // Ultra settings, 8x MSAA // Average FPS of 100 everywhere

CALL OF DUTY ADVANCED WARFARE // 1920 x 1080 // Ultra settings 4x MSAA // FPS between 80 and 30. It jumps up and down all the time

DYING LIGHT // 1920 x 1080 // Ultra settings // Avarge FPS of 85

As you can see, HITMAN and DYING LIGHT work perfectly. They run just how I expect them to run. But WATCH DOGS and CALL OF DUTY run worse than the old 760 did. Can someone please explain to me what is happening? Is my GPU broke?

You might want to grab MSI Afterburner and check your GPU initialization and memory values. It sounds as if your GPU isn't working at full cap, because those numbers should be flying at 1080p. Also, double check your graphics information/drivers in Device Manager.

Hey man! Thanks for your input. I'm not quite sure what you mean, could you tell me what to do? I use MSI afterburner for my fps tests?
