MSI 990FXA-GD65 V2 or gigabyte ga 970 A Ds3

Can you tell me which of the above two motherboards would be the best for my fx 6300. I'm inclined towards MSI because I heard a lot of good reviews ..

Also will the mobo fit in cooler master elite 311 cabinet

If you a little more money to spare, you can for the GA-990FXA-UD3 from Gigabyte. Otherwise I'd go with the GA-970A-UD3P. Note that I'm recommending the UD3P and not the DS3. UD3P is a solid board and should be cheaper than the MSI.
