MSI 990FXA-GD80V2 or Gig GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+

What should I go with MSI 990FXA-GD80V2 or GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX. what is better? I bout a wrong motherboard which is 970-ds3 rev 1.1. for my AMD fx-8350 . Oh I am sorry I saw there is 990X not 990fx and it looks it is support FX-8350 should I go with one of them cuz I am run out of money or there is some thing I have to look at it about 990fx ? as u see I am noob and I bought 970 so help me out

guys another Q i have 8 G Corsair and my friend give me G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB its different brand but its the same 8G and 1600 mhz can I still use it with what I have? it will be 16 G
