Question Msi a320m pro-vh plus +athlon II X4 9500 am4 processor

I recently built a new pc. All new components. But mobo wont boot. Ez debug light stuck at vga. I am using onboard vga so no external gpu. I have tried taking out cmos battery and resetting. Still cant get into bios. Please advise

If x4 950, then no integrated graphics, so you need a graphics card.

Does the mobo not have onboard graphics. There is a vga port on the board

It uses the CPU graphics, it does not have a dedicated controller. The Athlon does not feature it. You have to install a card.
