I recently noticed the whole time my computer was on windows 10 32 bit and it has a 64 bit processor, so i went to upgrade to 64 bit booting from usb drive, and it just goes to a black screen and a little flashing white line? also i looked into my boot menu and there's no secure boot to turn off and no fast boot off just basic stuff nothing. (AMI Aptio 2.0)

Can you pass on the SKU to your laptop? Are you on the latest BIOS for the unit? Given how old it is, are you running more than 4GB's of ram on the laptop? If not, you're needlessly bothering with an OS reinstall.

Im not running the latest bios because i have no option to flash it in the bios settings and i have 4GB of ram and intel core i5 but cant boot the usb on computer just does nothing when i try
