msi A88XM-E45 3.0 usb help

i boutgh this motherboard and everything works but my 3.0 ports arent working. im new to this computer build stuff so i need help figuring out why they arent picking up anything... also my 2.0 ports do work

The USB 2.0's works without drivers, but USB3.0 needs the drivers.
