msi afterburner and gpu-z not showing gpu fan rpm and not letting me set gpu fan speed

Also I checked the fan manually by opening the case it's spinning all right.
No option to set fan speed or let me see rpm in amd overdrive too.

Driver-Omega 14.12 stable
win 8.1 64bit
ecs h61 mobo
msi r7 260x oc
i3-2120
