Msi afterburner evga gtx 780

hi I am wondering if msi afterburner is safe to use with a evga gtx 780 card. my main worry is will it cause problems because I also have evga precision x installed also

will the two programs fight each other with clock speeds and stuff like that

Idea is to only install one.... or at least only have one of them load at Windows Startup.

Afterburner is the more capable tool
