[SOLVED] MSI afterburner fps overlay updating too quickly

I recently installed msi afterburner as an overlay to show fps, but for some reason the fps is updating way too fast and you cant even read what the fps says because its updating too quickly instead of updating every 1 second or so. Is there a way to change this.

Yes, there is a setting for polling rate.

I'm thinking the polling rate might be set in Riva Tuner....and maybe not in Afterburner.
Although it might be on that page in Afterburner where you choose what to monitor.
I would check both places.
