MSI Afterburner has no option for CPU Temperature

Hi,
I am currently using a Ryzen 5 1600 on a Asus B350F motherboard. Everything works fine on MSI Afterburner, except I am unable to find the CPU temperature. I am able to monitor the GPU temperature and CPU usage just fine. but it does not give me options to find CPU temperature. What should I do?

You could use other tools like Ryzen Master, etc.
