MSI Afterburner HD 5450

I'm trying to overclock my:
Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 to 700Mhz CC and 800MHZ MC. I can't seem to change the voltage. I've done what people said I set Unofficial Overclocking and Voltage Control and Monitoring.
Any help please?

The 5450 isn't exactly a card I would've looked at overclocking as it's so woefully underpowered. It's not really a 3d accelerator card, it's little more than a 2d display card (desktop display).

If it's a 3d accelerator performance you're looking for I'd suggest either the Radeon HD 7770 or the NVidia GTX 650Ti as a good starting point.

The 7770 is a little too high and GTX 650 Ti aswell are too high for my current wattage. Maybe something under 60W would be fine
