Msi afterburner issue. Everything was accidentally maxed out including voltage for some reason. Is my card dead?

didn't notice it at all because I had already made a safe OC on the card that worked great. But i got on TF2 noticing EXTREME frame drops. I thought nothing of it though I thought it was just my drivers so I installed new ones. But today i got on Tomb Raider and my fps were TERRIBLE ( I usually get 60 fps) like 20 fps is what I got. So I saw what had happened on afterburner and I turned everything back down to default. I tested it on Valley benchmark and i got 5 fps. IDK if the card is dead or if it might take time for it to get back to normal. Now im getting crappy fps and i dont know if the card is dead or not

Solution
First off, level the playing field by uninstalling Afterburner-delete any saved profiles when asked-then reinstall the video drivers and retest.
