MSI Afterburner not changing clock speeds

I recently got the Witcher 3, and my GTX 670 is showing its age, so I wanted to get a little more oomph out of it by overclocking. Funny thing is, no matter what I set in the MSI panel, GPU clock speed doesn't change at all. Temps are under 70C, I've bumped up power limits to 114% and increased voltage by 40 mV. But I still can't get above 1215 MHz (it's factory overclocked), even with the GPU Core Clock set to +100Mhz Could this be because I recently upgraded to Windows 10, or am I missing something? I confirmed that the clock speed is not changing with GPU-Z as well.

It could indeed be windows 10 that is causing your problem.
Or it could be that Msi afterburner does not like to work well with windows 10.

You should have an over clocking feature in the Nvidia control panel, I know ATI cards with CCC have an over clocking option for Ati based cards.

So Nvidia should have.
As the Graphics driver supports running under windows 10 so you might want to give that a try.
