Question MSI Afterburner question

When I run a test in MSI afterburner it is showing I should run at 200 fps. When I hop onto warzone I'm getting 60 to 80 fps. I'm computer illiterate and I can't seem to find anything that explains why. But I might not be searching for the right stuff.

The Kombustor test

That test is only useful to see if any overclocking you've done is stable and your cooling setup is sufficient to keep it from overheating. It does not say anything about how it performs in a given game.

Kombustor is just a test program to tell you what your hardware is capable of, but every game is going to get different FPS, depending on the graphics settings, etc. Try turning your graphics settings in Warzone to lowest possible, then see what your FPS is. It should be higher. A lot of competitive gamers turn graphics to lowest possible for this reason.
