Question Msi Afterburner showing wrong clock speed for memory and gpu

In msi afterburner i believe it is showing the wrong clock speed for the gpu and memory. for memory it is showing 9501 mhz at all time idle and also when gaming. for the gpu it is showing 1815 mhz at all times. im wondering if it is a visual glitch or something is wrong with my gpu. i have a rtx 3070 ti.

Have you tried a different software like GPUz or HWinfo64?

This seems that the installed software is buggy. Try re-installing MSI Afterburner. Check the below links for reference:
