MSi AfterBurner SLi not syncing fan speed profile

Greetings,

I just noticed that one of my SLi cards is running needlessly hotter than it should. It's because when I load a fan profile in MSi AfterBurner, it affects only the first graphics card, but not second. When I force fan speed to 25-50%, they both run the same speed, but whenever I put it to "auto" + profile, the lower one runs +10-15°C and slower with fan 🙁.

Okay, this is like...superweird. I swapped the graphics cards and it seems to be working :|
