Question MSI Afterburner slider won't apply changes ?

I tried to change core clock or memory clock on MSI Afterburner, but after I clicked the "Apply" button it won't apply the changes
Doesn't matter if it's decreasing or increasing it after I press Apply it just goes back to it's original settings ?
