MSI Afterburner won't let me overclock?

Okay so I've been trying to overclock my 650Ti to hold me over until the Pascal cards drop and it's acting really weird and buggy.

I tried overclocking it with OC Guru since it's a gigabyte card and I figured it would play nicer. But there's some weird limitations on it that don't seem to follow the OC guides I found online, and for some reason after awhile it would only show it running at half the stock clock speed under load, instead of being more than the stock speed. Weird. Bad bad performance there.

So I switched over to MSI afterburner and it started acting funky. After a graphics card crash, I would change the sliders, and they would auto jump up to 5493 (way higher than the sliders allowed) after I hit "apply". And then after restarting the program, I can't control any of the sliders at all. I can't control the voltage, the memory clock, or the core clock. Core clock and memory clock are still lit, like I could move them, but they won't move.... What the heck is going on?

Oh yeah and my temps are way low too. Like 30c. Never getting above 40 even under benchmarking.

Solution
Had similar glitches in the past mate.
MSI isn't picking your GPU up properly.
Uninstall it , reinstall your nvidia drivers, reinstall afterburner.

Should work OK then.
