Question msi afterburner wont work

it works every first time i restart the computer but all of the sudden it just goes back to default and i can't do anything about it besides restarting it again

i can save / load a profile but when i press apply nothing works unless i restart the computer and open it manually and apply again, apply when windows start won't work
