MSI AMD Rx 470

Hi, I have a MSI RX 470 4GB and Windows 10 64bit, installed drivers from AMD's web, problem is that I don't see any AMD control panel/catalyst or anything to access my GPU, I only have MSI Afterburner and MSI Gaming App right now, the GPU and whole pc itself is running fine, GPU performs well so what do I do?

Did you download and install radeon software 16.11.4 on this page? There may be an option during that install to install the driver only and not any supporting software you may have done that if you did install this.

Damn it, I had really thought I installed everything required else how does GPU work as it should. Thank you man.
The website was and still is a little confusing to me

I'm also encountering an issue with my MSI RX 470's LEDs, I don't have all the LED options like rainbow, music, cycling through all the colors, simple breathing/flashing/double flashing and that's about it, I can pick 1 color at a time for MSI logo LED, I can provide a picture if you want.
