Question MSI Armor Radeon RX 570 & AMD A4 6300 CPU performance

I've seen videos of people specifically playing the games Bioshock Remastered and Hard Reset at 100+ fps and 70+ fps, respectively. On my system the FPS drop below 40 at the same points in the games as the people playing on YouTube.
Given that they had the same hardware as I had (CPU, Ram, and Video Card wise), what could be the reason I'm getting such different results? The motherboards were probably different but I can't imagine how the motherboard could make that big a difference (pardon my ignorance).

It's funny because their games are maxed on ultra settings (anti aliasing and everything) , and my FPS comes from less than ultra settings.
Resolutions are the same as well.

Youtube generally is not a reputable source of expected performance.
Not only would those settings be unobtainable, but then recording on top of that with an a4? Not a chance.
