MSI ARMOR RX 580 with missing fan blades

So one of my friends has an extra rx 580 msi armor gpu laying around and says i can have it, but one of the fans has to missing fan blades next to each other. What can i do to work around this and preferably be able to oc?

Replace the fan. A fan with a missing blade will run off balance and cause shake and shutter on the card. And until you do that, I wouldn't run it, nevermind try to OC it.

Agreed...replace the fan. There is no workaround for this.
