I plan on buying the Ryzen 5 3600x so I'm building a new computer right now.
I plan on buying one of the motherboards I listed in the title. I plan on having either a 280mm aio cooler set up in my case on the top and a 280mm on the bottom or 240mm's.
Which motherboard is the best option?
On the front of my case it has these:
1x USB 3.1 Type C, 2x USB 3.0 Type A, 2x USB 2.0 Type A

I plan on buying the Ryzen 5 3600x CPU. Is that a good choice for it?
Any b450 with VRM heatsinks should do well with a 3600x. Assuming there aren't any caveats with using the older chipset's that we don't know about yet. You'll need to watch/read the launch coverage to see if there is any thing you need to know about using the new chips with a b450.

For me, I'd choose the Tomahawk and it's not even close. It has a bit better power delivery and a better bios. If you are only running a 6 core, or don't plan to overclock / PBO an 8 core, the bios and power delivery doesn't matter as much. That being said the MSI also has a bios flash button which means the bios can be updated for 3000 compatibility without a current gen CPU.
