Msi B150 Fan error msg

I have a fan error msg on start up.

Fan not being recognized in bios, tried 2nd fan to rule out installed fan but wont also not work.
The system fan is working with no issues.
I also Updated all motherboard drivers also to no avail.

I did add a GBY 1050ti prior to fan error msg on start, installed by the book and using proper equipment and gnd lead.

Any suggestions appreciated....?

You have it pluged into the CPU fan header and is a 4 pin fan?
