I have a problem installing Windows on my PC. (Not my first time installing Windows on a PC)
The most common error I get while trying to install Windows or any other OS is a black screen with white text telling me that Windows cannot start and it may be caused by newly changes of hardware or software. Sometimes I sometimes get to the part where I need to select my language etc. but my PC screen decides to go black after a couple of minutes/seconds.

I have tried alot of different solutions which I found on various forums. Such as:
Installing my bootable USB using Rofus, MSI Win7 Smart tool etc.
Different boot options using BIOS
Tried to install Windows 7, 8.1, 10, Ubuntu and Linux
Looked through all of my Hardware and it all seems fine and running.
Tried using the disc that I recieved with my Windows product key.
Tried different USB's and a USB Hard Disk aswell.
Also tried to use a HDD instead of SSD on my PC.
and much more.

My PC specifications: (Everything is new)
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI B150 Gaming M3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive & a 1TB HDD
Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Atm I am waiting for a reply from MSI Support Team, but I don't know how much they can help.
I would love to hear some suggestion from you guys and have a nice day!

Solution
I'd suspect CPU problem, is it possible to check if there's any bent pin in the CPU socket, or check if there's PCB bent of your CPU, or any bad contact on CPU pins/DIMM slot pins.

Hi, I found a part of my problem.

Apparently when I use channel A (DIMM1 & DIMM2) my PC will crash, however if I only use channel B (DIMM3 and DIMM4) my pc works just fine. The problem is that I can't add all of my ram stick since I have 4x4gb. I recently got a new motherboard (MSI LGA1151 Z170A SLI Plus) and I have the same exact problem. If I take the memtest with all 16 gb, I get alot of error, but if I only use the last 2 slots everything is fine. The BIOS is reset to default settings and updated to latest version.
