Assembled and breading-boarding new PC; CPU, Cooler, PSU and Ram all seated correctly.

Entire build has been troubleshot, I believe the RAM is potentially faulty (DOA). Have tested all components one by one but still confused as to whether MOBO or CPU is potentially faulty aswell... I swapped out RAM for some from a computer that is working fine. Usually the computer turns on, cycles passed CPU freezes on DRAM for 5 seconds and then all LEDs are off however upon swapping RAM and seating, EZ Debug LED light changes to flashing between CPU (one second) back to DRAM (another second) on a continuous loop.

Components are as follows:
- MSI B250M Bazooka
- Corsair VS 450 [PSU]
- i3 Intel 7100 (Kaby Lake) + Stock cooler
- 8GB Corsair DDR4 Value Select, PC4-17000 (2133), Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 15-15-15-36, 1.2V
[REPLACED FOR TESTING W/]
- x2 8GB Vengeance LPX DDR4 Black 2666Mhz C16 1.2V

Open to any suggestions, thanks in advance!

you can do that with some asus boards. all you need is a usb stick with the BIOS update file inside and the PSU to pwoer the board. nvm about that. i checked your msi board and it doesnt support a similar feature.
well your board needs a working/compatible RAM for it to POST as inidicated by the debug LED.
you may borrow/purchase another RAM since you only have one stick to run it with.

Tried it with two sticks in correct DIMM Config, 16gb (2x8) DDR4... Still no joy! 🙁

As mentioned above when tried with both sticks and single stick, LED light changes to flashing between CPU (one second) back to DRAM (another second) on a continuous loop.

please update the specs list with the part number of the RAMs you used on that rig of yours. at least write the frequency/clock speed of the RAM. have you double-checked on your motherboards support site on the spec requirements for RAM? your board has very limited RAM compatibility w/ your Kabylake CPU. just read it thoroughly and you might want to refer to their list of tested compatible RAM as well.

Updated above, apologies for the confusion. I don't believe my original plead for help was entirely to coherent! 😛
Gonna double check compatibility. [CHECKED] Apparently the RAM is compatible.
