MSI B250m mortar no display

hi guys. need help

i just owned a brand new mobo MSI B250m mortar processor i5-7400 ram GEIL EVo X RGB 2x4 2400mhz but is shows no display once i start it. and there is blinking red led on the left side of the mobo.

what might be the problem?

check to see if it the power good led. if it is it should be on not blinking. (bad power supply). check the bios rev of the mb make sure it post your cpu. check that there standoffs under the mb to keep if from shorting out. pull the mb use one ram stick see if you get the cmos post screen.
