[SOLVED] msi b350 and ryzen 5 1600 not posting

i upgrades my cpu today from a ryzen 3 1300x to a ryzen 5 1600 and after i installed the cpu my computer wont post. the fans spin and my ez debug has cpu and draw light up. this used to not happen on my old cpu. and after about a minute or 2 the system will shut off.

This shouldn't really happen. Its possible it's some other issue.

List your full PC specs, in particular your PSU.

Have you checked all connections are in properly, like the cpu, motherboard 24pin and that the RAM is seated correctly aswell as the gpu

the only thing i could think would be not connected is the cpu considering that the build worked before i put the 1600 in

Check the power supply connections and if the RAM and GPU are seated correctly, if not you may have to check that 1600 for bent pins
