Question MSi B350 Gaming Plus fail to detect Processor after downgrading Bios

I've downgrading the bios version of my motherboard and it won't read my CPU...
I use Ryzen 3 1200.
It won't even entering the bios, can't detect any keyboard neither mouse... but the light still on...
Could be anyone know how am i supposed to fix it? Because right now i don't have the money to buy a new one..
