This is my first post so please bear with me...

Recently I decided to update my Motherboard to version 7A34vMD from 7A34vMA but instead of using the normal method of M-FLASH I used an AMI flasher for your desktop (specifically the one from America Megatrends) and forgot to choose a full reprogram, it only programmed the main block. Now the system won't post. Its specifications are:

MSI B350 Gaming Plus
AMD Ryzen 3 1200 (no overclock)
8GB Corsair Vengence LPX 2x4GB (CMK8GX4M2A2400C14) at 2400MHz (I had A-XMP on)
GTX 1050 Ti 4GB from Zotac
1TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
120GB Kingston A400 SSD

I've tried the fixes from https://www.bios-mods.com/bios-recovery/ami-bios-recovery/ and https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/support/techfaqdetail.aspx?formid=3046 but those 2 don't post to the USB drive I'm using (Sandisk 64GB formatted to exFAT)

Is there any way I can successfully recover my motherboard to an earlier BIOS version? I really don't want to RMA / Take to a technician to get this fixed.

Thanks in advance!

Ok thank you for your reply. I got a drive formatted into FAT32 and put the BIOS onto it, how long does it usually take to show the recovery page?
