Hi,

Yesterday, I tried switching on my PC and while the motherboard did power on, (CPU and Cabinet fans running at normal speed with all system LEDs on) I have not been able to get my monitor to work. I tried switching off the PC in order to reset the BIOS using the CMOS jumper but haven't found any luck in that.

The config is:
MSI B350 Gaming Plus Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 1600x running at 3.8 Ghz
16 GB DDR4 HyperX Fury RAM
500 GB Crucial SSD
Gigabyte RX 580 8 GB Graphics Card
Corsair CX 550 Watt PSU

I haven't performed any BIOS updates lately and have even tried switching the AMD RX580 with an NVIDIA GT 710 but still the monitor wouldn't display anything. Anybody ever come across such a similar situation?

Hello, you might wanna try to remove some ram sticks or move them (If you have multiple rams). Do the keyboard/mouse light up when booting the computer?

I've removed the RAM sticks and as usual the mobo LED lights pop up. I have also tried moving the RAM to different slots. No luck. :(

I would advise you to think.
You changed the GPU : Doesn't work. Means that it's not because of it
Monitor is tested.
Did you try switching pcie ports ? Maybe one is faulty.
Is the cpu heating? can you send a photo of the pc's interior?
Thanks

Yes I tested on both PCI express slots using two graphics. It didn't work.
