I dropped $1,500 on new computer parts - and they all got here. I installed everything, but no post.

Brain is starting to fry as I cannot figure out for the life of me, what is happening. Thank you to anyone who is of assistance.
Edit// My girlfriend has a Ryzen 3 1200 CPU that I threw into mine to see if it's just the bios that isnt updated enough, but still same thing - no post.
