Hello!

So I am currently almost done on my first PC build but I have one problem.

When I power on the PC i will get brief flashes on all of the EZ Debug lights until they register everything (5-20 sec) the machine will then power on normally, I can freely access the BIOS or go straight to windows. However, the GPU light permanently stays on. I have read around, and this seems to be more of a problem for a future BIOS update? Apparently the Mobo is attempting to find a nonexistent integrated graphics card or something? I updated the BIOS last night but it did not alter the light. Is this a problem?

As I said, everything else is fine. oh except that it is not recognising the HDD but I am yet to look why.

My specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600X
ASUS Nvidia GTX 1070 Dual OC
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8Gb 3200
MSI B350 Tomahawk Arctic
NZXT Kraken X31
EVGA G2 550W
Samsung 250GB SSD
WD Blue 1TB HDD

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you :)

- Note, it isn't the VGA light!

Solution
It doesn't like your settings, reset the bios using the jumper on the motherboard, just use a flat head screw driver, or car key or something like that to short the pins for 10.seconds.
Is it the red light by the cpu fan header?

If so I've heard 2 theory's, one tech on the msi website told me, it only comes on after you pass the other 4 leds and basically means system OK led, if you don't like it, cover it with a small piece of electrical tape

And the other explanation from another tech said it's the igpu led, because there is no on board graphics built into the cpu, that's why it's on, currently there is no way to turn it off, but they are looking at changing that in future bios updates, bigger issues to fix first.

Yes it's that light! Thanks for the information.

Got a new problem now though, my monitor isn't giving me any picture and I have no red lights or anything on the mobo. I was just altering the Ram frequency and then rebooted into no picture.

Yeah I guessed that and reset it. It then decided to have a brief booting fit by repeatedly turning off/on 2/3 times but now it's okay :)

Thanks for your help!
