Msi b350 not booting

I currently have my Mobo sitting on my desk untill my case arrives. Everything was working fine until today I went to turn on my pc and my GPU and CPU fans where spinning and everything was lighting up correctly but when I pressed the on button the logo on my keyboard flickered barely and didn't light up and my mouse or mic didn't light up either and my GPU(gtx 1050ti) fans are spinning but not recognizing my monitor

I have the HDMI plugged into the GPU. Also using ryzen

Also when I hold the power button once it's "on" it won't turn off like usual until I hit the off switch on the psu

Graphics card is fully plugged in
