Question MSI B350 PC Mate PCIE x1 slots not working

I have a WiFi Card that is a x1 card, but every time i try to use one of the x1 slots it doesn't work. My motherboard doesn't even detect its there as in the board explorer just shows its empty. The only other PCIE card i have in my system is a single Graphics Card. Though i tried putting it in the x4 slot and it was detected. So i'm wondering why it doesn't work in either of the x1 slots. Any Help will be Appreciated.

Also The WiFi card is a Rosewill AC600
