MSI B350 Tomahawk Arctic No display after bios update

I just recently bought my new PC and decided to update BIOS..after the flash complete my monitor turns no display then the CPU red lights on Led debug.

Specs
Ryzen 5 1600
Msi 1070ti
16gb 2x8 Corsair vengeance pro rgb

Yes,,but no luck also resetting with jumper dont work.
