I just finished a build with these parts
Ryzen 2600
MSI b350 tomahawk
Rx 580
16gb g.Skill RipJaws V 2400

There is no output on the graphics card and none of the debug led are on. I have tried to change the CPU to an a6-9500 but still no display. I don’t know how to fix this and any help is appreciated. Thank you!

What psu?

prolly start with a different set of memory if you have any spare.

There aren't any 2400 ripjaws v on the qvl for the board that are 8gb only a 16gb or an 8gb 2666mhz module(s). Seems odd there isn't a 8gb 2400 module on it. Maybe they tested it but, didn't include it because it didn't work. The suffix for ripjaws v is gvr.

If you manage to get the board up and running with different memory, maybe a bios update will fix it as some of the updates are improve memory compatibility.

Assuming all the power connectors are assembled correctly and there aren't any screws loose or wedged anywhere causing a short, the next likely problem is the board itself.

I went ahead and tried all your advice but nothing worked. I then pulled a GTX 960 from an old build to see if the graphics card wasn’t working. It booted up and displayed and I was able to enter the bios. Is there any reason a 580 would not display?

Well if you don't have a good power supply/doesn't provide enough wattage for your system, that could be the issue here and it is causing your system to black screen.
Power supply brand and model?

Well that could be your issue, your RX card is a power hungry card and your power supply is not the greatest in any terms you should've avoided buying that series of power supplies as no one recommends it.

550W should be enough but it should be from a good brand like seasonic or evga or even corsair.
What is your budget for a power supply?
I would like to not spend more than $60 but I can if necessary. I also have an EVGA 80 plus 500w psu from a 3 year old build. Would this work better than the Thermaltake?
