MSI B350M mortar overclock issue, Ryzen 5 1600

Hi guys,

Im trying to overclock my r5 1600 with MSI B350M mortar and I face one problem. My clocks and volts are now up to maximum 100% of the time. What should i do to fix this? I use windows 10 and I have updated BIOS to newest one available.

enable AMD cool & quiet and other power saving features in the bios, also use the RyZen balanced power plan.

thats normal if you overclock this cpu only if you use auto voltage and auto cpu core ratio

Tried all, still full clocks all the time
