I have an MSI B350m Pro-VDH motherboard that has been nothing but reliable. One day I decided to lend my cpu to a friend so he could update his bios for Zen+. When i got the cpu back, the motherboard wouldn't post. The only thing that would happen is the white LEDs on the sides of the board would blink once and than it wouldn't do anything else. My friend payed for me to order a new cpu since we both though that he had fried the CPU. I ordered a brand new cpu and I am having the same exact error. I have tried testing new psus and replacing the cmos and nothing seems to work. No diagnostic LEDS light up either, just the side leds on the board light up quickly, and than nothing. I don't think this is the motherboard, because why would it be? right?
