Question MSI B360 Gaming Plus VGA EZDebug LED

Whenever i restart my pc, it dont boot and VGA bug led is on. But when i shutdown and start again this time led is still on but it boots. Idk what to do. Can you help me?

I've seen this problem caused by a bad power supply.
What is the make model and age of your PSU?
I would also power down and reseat the GPU and the plugs...but I tend to suspect the power supply a bit more.

i have Corsair CX 650M and its almost 3 years old.
i tried resating the gpu and the plugs but its unavailing
