Question MSI B450 A-PRO not booting with ryzen 3600

Hello,
I am trying to build a new system with a MSI B450 A-PRO board, a ryzen 5 3600, and this RAM https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0143UM4TC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . I am reusing the PSU and GTX 970 from another machine. I have tried flashing the bios multiple times so it would be compatible with the cpu, but the PC will still not boot. I have tried clearing CMOS, I have tested the PSU with the power supply trick, tried different USB sticks and BIOS versions, tried one stick of RAM at a time on different slots, all to no avail. All i get upon startup is spinning fans both on the CPU and GPU, but the EZ-debug light just stays solid on CPU, indicating there is an error with it. Please, if anyone has any idea about what to do, because I am totally out of ideas.

Any bent CPU pins?

I'm assuming you were using BIOS flashback to update the BIOS. Did the lights indicate complete flash?

Follow this and make sure you name the file correctly.

Yes, I followed the video. The lights flashed, then flashed faster and turned off. I have tried this multiple times with different drives and BIOS versions

Check if your flash disk is fat32 format.

it's FAT32 and the partition scheme is MBR
