MSI B450 Gaming Plus Install Question

I recently got an MSI B450 Gaming Plus motherboard for my new rig I'm building. It's going in a Thermaltake C21 Versa RGB case. The case has built in lights and there's a mess of wires hanging down from the top of it. The power connector is a 4 pin female of some sort. I can't figure out where it goes. My EVGA 650 BQ power supply came with one just like it that plugs in the back where it says PERIF. There's no ports on my motherboard for a connection like this. I have a couple PCI-E connections on the board that look funny. Not sure what to do. http://

That's a Molex connector.

Your PSU has three male connectors that you can use, which I presume are the "PERIF" cables you're referring to.

And those PCIe connectors "that look funny" are PCIe x1 ports - meant for some sound cards and wireless adapters.

The PERIF cable for the PSU has 3 of those molex connectors strung along it... All female ends. The fan controller and the power lead I showed are also female. You can't plug 2 female ends together. Do I need an adaptor?
