Question MSI B450 Gaming Plus + Ryzen 3600 EZ Boot LED

Hi!
I just purchased this combination, assembled everything and updated the BIOS to the latest version ( 7B86v1A ).
However the pc just doesnt boot. The monitor just waits for an input and thats it.

The EZ debug boot led stays on some of the times and in other cases none of the debug lights stay on.

Can someone please help me solve this problem so that I don't have to return the board?

Which led? There should be multiple for different things
