Bottom-line is that if you are into overclocking, go with the models with the best VRM's. Other than that go with which features interest you the most. As pointed out by the guy in the video, many of these boards are interchangeable.
I was/am in the same hustle as you. As far a sthe reviews/opinions go that I've watched, you should be good with a B450 board you could do some overclocking on it (depends on the VRMs and stuff). I myself went for the Asrock Taichi x470 (that is priced around a lower/mid tier x570) but it doesn't have that small fan that most lower tier x570 have for the chipset. It really mostly depends on your budget but ultimately you can go with even a B450 Tomahawk (around 120€/$) and you should be fine. (people that have more knowldge: correct me if I'm wrong)
